Eagle The Rectangle The four corners represent the FOURFOLD VISION of this House (this church) which is that, by the grace of God, we seek to:

  • Embrace believers in the fellowship of a well-shepherded family church.
  • Establish disciples unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
  • Equip labourers for the harvest fields through mentoring and training.
  • Extend the kingdom of God by prayerful evangelism and church planting.

The Field

The green colour represents the FIELD, which is THE WORLD (cf. the Parable of the Wheat and the Tares, Matthew 13:24-30, 36-43), capable of bringing forth both good and bad fruit. The gospel is to be sown where lost people are and, until harvest time, both the wheat and the tares grow together. The common colour attests that there is no distinction today.  The church is to grow, and produce a crop, mindful of the coming time of harvest, His final judgment, where the tares are gathered, bound and burned.

The River

The river represents REVIVAL.  For years we have been seeing streams of renewal across our nation. The blessing of God has been evident for some time within many renewed churches. Streams are flowing into rivers, and soon we will see the great River Revival in our Land. We are praying for this to come to pass. This River speaks of our desire for breakthroughs in our nation. The River also represents the final river, the RIVER OF PARADISE (as seen in Revelation 22:1-5).  In this second paradise, whole cities and nations shall find abundant delight and satisfaction.  An integral part of our vision is to encourage our members to live life in the light of eternity, to focus on this last leg of our journey into His Presence.

The Eagle

The eagle represents the PEOPLE OF GOD, eagerly waiting upon Him for strength (Isaiah 40:31) to:

  • Carry out the enormous fourfold task (the Vision of the House)
  • Participate in and maintain the fruit of the coming Great Revival in the new millennium.

The Colours of the Full Gospel Tabernacle Flag

FlagThese were the colours of the threads that were woven together to make the curtains of the Tabernacle:

Exodus 26:1 Moreover you shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine woven linen and blue, purple, and scarlet thread; with artistic designs of cherubim you shall weave them. [NKJV]

Exodus 26:31-33 Make a curtain of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen, with cherubim worked into it by a skilled craftsman. Hang it with gold hooks on four posts acacia wood overlaid with gold and standing on four silver bases. Hang the curtain from the clasps and place the ark of the Testimony behind the curtain. The curtain will separate the Holy Place from the Most Holy Place. [NIV] Blue is the color of heaven. Blue is also the description of the gospel of John which portrays Christ as the Lord from heaven. Purple is the color of royalty and kingship. This speaks of the kingship of Jesus Christ. This color is descriptive of the gospel of Matthew which portrays Christ as the Messiah. Scarlet is the color of blood and speaks of sacrifice, the blood of atonement. Scarlet is descriptive of the gospel of Mark which portrays Christ as the servant man.
