Ministries

English Service

The English Speaking congregation meets in the Church’s Main Sanctuary from 9:30 for a time of prayer before the Main service begins at 10am. The service features lively contemporary worship, practical in-depth teaching from the Bible and a time of prayer ministry.

A Nursery runs concurrently with the time of teaching for children aged 2-4, with songs, stories and crafts to help them get to know Jesus better! Two glass-fronted quiet rooms for those with babies below 2 years of age are located at the rear of the Main Sanctuary.

The Children’s Church programme is before the service from 9am-10am for those aged 5-12.

Services In Other Languages

We recognise that some people prefer to worship and receive teaching in the language they are most familiar with. This has led FGT to establish 3 additional language works in Mandarin, Tamil and Bahasa Malaysia.

Prayer Meeting

Every Friday evening, from 8.15pm to 10pm, the English congregation meets at Level 2 to pray for the vision, work and ministry of the main church and our nation as well as it’s daughter churches across Malaysia and overseas. Since the church’s birth 30 years ago, prayer has been crucial in enabling the mind of God to be discerned and prayed into reality. This continues to be the case as the church looks to fulfill all the plans that God has for it’s future.

Care Cell

Care cells are a great way for you to quickly get connected into the life of Full Gospel Tabernacle as we seek to live up to our motto “The Church You Can Call Home”. These weekly meetings are a great opportunity for you to build strong, lasting friendships with others from the church, as well as to receive spiritual care, support and encouragement. Care cells are also a training ground for the development of leadership skills and form a base for the church’s evangelistic activity. Our care cells are groups of people (8-15 in number), who meet together in a church member’s house for a time of worship, discussion, prayer and fellowship (usually with food!) Those who are new to the church will find that their care cell is a great place to get to know others in the church who live in their immediate locality.
