FGT recognises that worship through music is one of the most vital aspects of our ministry to God. Consequently the church has sought to establish a group of experienced Song-Leaders, Singers and Musicians to lead worship at the regular Friday night prayer meeting, on Saturdays afternoons at 365 Student Ministries, and on Sunday Mornings for the English Speaking Church. Evangelism
We at FGT have taken the mandate of the Great Commission as our mission statement because we believe that this is the call of God on every Christian. However, we also recognise that whilst most Christians know that they need to be a witness, that many do not know how to share the gospel effectively with their non-Christian friends and family. We therefore offer training in this area through Evangelism Explosion [EE], a 13-week course, which not only teaches participants to share the gospel in a coherent and relevant way, but that also seeks to build confidence and remove fear through ‘OJT’s or On-the-Job Training, where participants are placed in groups of 3 with experienced trainers to share the gospel. Intercessors Ministry
This ministry is primarily focused on providing prayer support for the evangelistic outreach of the church and the subsequent follow-up work.
Water Baptism & Church Membership
For those wanting to be water baptised and enrolled as church members, it is essential that they first complete the 7-session follow-up course, attend both V101 and V201 and have regularly attended church for at least 6 months.
