God Answers Our Prayers
My name is Kong Choke Kee & I want to share about the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord. I believe in giving generously to build the house of God and also imparting the spirit of giving to my children. My wife and I are passionate about giving especially to the Eagles Dialysis Centre project (“EDC”) because my late father in-law was a dialysis patient. My late father in-law suffered for nine years with 3 times per week dialysis treatments on top of a mountain of financial expenses for treatments, consultation fees and medication. My wife’s family was able to provide the best treatment for my late father in-law. However, many patients are from lower income groups and are unable to afford the high costs involved.
At the beginning of the year, I felt challenged to honor God by giving my sales commission and bonuses to EDC. With the prevailing economic condition, I faced difficulties in meeting my sales target and many spiritual attacks. We sowed in tears, and in prayer and petition, we sought the Lord’s favour for breakthrough. Together with my children, we prayed for big money to come in for EDC.
Our Lord is truly faithful, my sales started to pick up despite the economic down turn. The Lord indeed provided me financially to honor my pledge through my commission and bonuses.
I would like to encourage you all to help those who are less fortunate. Be a part of this project to serve the community by giving towards the RM12 million required for the building and equipment!
